Mobile notification & Email alert issue!

I'm not getting any notifications or emails whenever someone messages me on Upwork. I tried all the possible ways to fix it. But still, I'm not getting any email alerts or mobile notifications for my ID. 

My Device: OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite.
