Money not received

Hi

I have sent some funds I had from Upwork, like $800 and I sent it to Payoneer, normally it arrives within minutes, but not this time. I am worried because Payoneer shows there's an upcoming transfer, and it was done on a business day (Friday), I am afraid I lose the money I have sent to my Payoneer account.
