invite button grayed out

Invite button is grayed out on an artist I would like to invite to a job post.   Her profile shows she is available and the hire button is active and functional

I am sorry to hear about the trouble sending an invite to a freelancer. I see that you have already invited a freelancer to apply for your job. If you are referring to a different freelancer, could you please click on my name above this post and send me a private message with the screenshot or profile link of the freelancer you are referring to?
