Monthly MEMBERSHIP plan not renewed after bill cycle

Hello Team Support, I have a request about my MEMBERSHIP plan renewal. My bill plan cycle was end on 20th June, but still its not renewed. Please help me .

Hi Surabh,

Thank you for your message. I checked your account and noticed that the new billing cycle starts on the 22nd of every month. That said, the new billing cycle is already renewed on your account and I can see the monthly Connects credited to your Upwork account.
