Hey everyone! Ran into an odd issue and could use your insights.
Our agency finished a $1.5k contract, received a 5-star review, but it’s only visible on our "exclusive" freelancer’s profile, not on our agency’s profile where it says "No feedback has been given."
This feedback was directed towards an "exclusive freelancer" within our agency, highlighting the exceptional quality of work that the agency provided.
Here's a quick rundown of the events:
Has anyone experienced this? Any tips on fixing this so the review shows up on our agency profile?
