Our agency finished a $1.5k contract, received a 5-star review, but it’s only visible on our "exclusive" freelancer’s profile, not on our agency’s profile where it says "No feedback has been given."
This feedback was directed towards an "exclusive freelancer" within our agency, highlighting the exceptional quality of work that the agency provided.
Here's a quick rundown of the events:
- The client hired our agency and later completed payment upon fulfillment of all milestones.
- We requested feedback before concluding the contract, which was around 30 days after project completion.
- Upon receiving the client's feedback, we closed the contract, only to discover the feedback visibility issue.
