Need help for Security Answer

I am able to remember my email & account credentials, able to login & do required activities.

However, I am unable to remember the Security Questions's Answer.

I had also raised a ticket & after 7 days #46352529 this was marked as Solved, but my problem is yet not resolved.

Kindly help.
