Hello, I hired a freelancer and everything was going smoothly at first until they suddenly became unresponsive for a long while. They missed an important deadline and didn't even send me a message, so I cancelled the contract and informed them. Then, the very next day, they got in touch with me to apologise and they expressed they had been having some issues at home. I have decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a second chance, but I can't seem to cancel my request to end the contract and obtain a refund. Is there any way I can reverse this decision? I feel bad now because I don't want to affect this freelancers JSS. Their work is good and other than this incident they have a 100% JSS. Please help!
