No Live Person in Chat Support

Is chat support nothing but BOTs now? everytime I try to contact chat, I can't get any live person. it's really frustrating, I heard before that they only prioritize top rated accounts, I'm top rated plus, but I still get no one. I have no particular issues right now, but it would really help If I can get someone from chat in the future. Thank You!
