Verified name problem

Hello, I have a problem with my verified name than showed in contact. There is my surname

**Edited for community guidelines**and the last name**Edited for community guidelines**that writed on cyrillic. Because of that I can't payonner or paypal payment method. Can you please help with that and change my verified name to my first and last name's**Edited for community guidelines**

I checked your account and it looks like you have already requested a name change, which was already approved. The updated name is already showing on your profile. Are you having trouble adding your payment method?

I try to add payoneer method  It's on checking period (3 days) because it's first time a add it, is that means that everything good with my verified name and they are matching?
