Hey there,
Now i am facing a problem with the refund process from upwork. Actually, i offered the contract to freelancer since FEB 4, after that i waited to accpet the freelancer for that contract but he did not accept it. And it is already expired. But in my account, it is still appearing like people picutre as "Contract Acceptance."
and another thing is that for the payment status, i don't get any refund yet based on the following pciture. So, anyone can explain from upwork for this current issue that i am facing right now.

You should receive those funds back in your payment method within five working days from when it was canceled.
