Not getting 20 free connects.

Actually, I have submitted my first proposal on your market place. And, I got a message that "You get 20 free Connects to get started!". I haven't any 20 connects here. I have first 50 connects which you have given on new profile. Can you explain it. I have attached this screenshot here.
