Api key ((Call back url required))

I am a web designer from egypt and I have  my own team working on mobile application which is considered as an  notifier for freelancer as while the freelance logged in the application ,any notification in any freelancing website will be in home  of my app,

so I asked upwork for api key to begin work but upwork asked for call back url , I don't know what is call back url and If call back url is own ,,please give It to me.
