Not getting push notification on my Android Mobile (Oneplus 7T Pro McLaren)

I recently updated my app and now I am not getting any notification/push notification on my android phone, I even remove the app from battery optimization which I thought may cause the app to not show any notification, I even reinstall the app twice but still not getting any notification/push notification. I have to use Upwork desktop because to check notifications/messages I'll have to open the app and it's very annoying.  So kindly look into this matter.
