The chat system is worst and not even able to understand the issue. The default answers are not even close to the issue overview.
My issue is related to this Contract ID - 36303936
The client is unable to fund a new milestone. See this is what he says:
I am trying to submit a ticket via chat support but it takes me to this opened ticket Id 45700470
Kindly resolve this issue and mark this as a critical priority.

Hello,
Jyoti did great work for me and her job is complete. I am trying to fund the final milestone and it WILL NOT allow me to submit. Please let us know what we can do for her to be paid the final balance. This job was complete over a week ago! Please help!
