Hello, I have been trying to open a support ticket regarding my billing issue but to no avail. I couldn't find a page to submit my request so I'm going to do that here.
Around 15 days ago, Upwork decided to stop charging my card which I use to hire freelancers and fund milestones. One day - out of the blue - there was an error with my funding request.
Normally I contacted my bank and they informed me that everything is okay on their end and that the problem is with Upwork itself.
I temporarily connected my personal debit card so that my projects can continue going on but I would like to get my old business card working again so that I may use it for tax-relief business expenses.
What I tried:
- Removing the card and adding it to upwork - no sucess
- Searched through my emails to find the email from upwork related to this issue - nothing in primary inbox or spam inbox
Please let me know what needs to be done, or how to contact the support team!
