Payment Method Inactive !

I am facing a issue, My payment method is inactive. My form W-8BEN is also complete.  i need help to active it as soon as possible.

Hi Anindya,

Thank you for your message. I checked your account and noticed that you will need to submit additional Tax information based on the details added under Federal tax classification. Once you have completed the Tax information - additional request section, your payment method will be activated.

thanks for your reply. i also filled Tax information - additional request section before and I am not registered for a GSTIN option selected.
