My upwork account is on my name.. but i added my mothers payment method, so they deactivated it by saying "Your payment method has been deactivated because the beneficiary name on your payment method does not match the name on your Upwork account.".. i changed my name to my mothers name, but still not working, what should i do? I don't have a bank account myself.
