I was trying to hire someone from upwork. When i finalized the contract and clicked on hire, payment was deducted from my card but i got error on upwork that card is faulty and i should try again with another method.
I contacted my bank, they are saying that payment has been sent to upwork and not cancelled from the bank. I also see it in my bank statement. How should i proceed from here.
I tried contacting support but the chat bot doesnt show any more options other than "I am all set" or "I'd like more help" after which I am redirected to submitting my query again. I am unable to contact upwork directly.
