Payment in review for a project!

So I submitted a fixed project on 28 September which was due on 29th September. Client accepted the work done. The question is that payment is still in review mode, when does 14 days period will exactly be over? Will it be 12th of october or 13th?

Also another question for fixed projects is that if client accepts the work done, does this cycle of 14 days still have to process? The client is somewhat new and I have done fixed projects only a few times, so not sure if client has to take some action after getting work from freelancers, or like whether they accept it or not the 14 days period will still be there.

Hi Nawazish,

Once you submit your work, your client has 14 days to review and either approve the milestone or ask for changes. If they approve, the funds in escrow will be released to your pending payments. If your client takes no action for 14 days, the funds are automatically released to your pending payments and will be released to you after a 5-day security hold.
