Payment suspended

I used a card that was not aupported and another one where the payment was auccesful. The money got transfered but my account is still suspended because of the first credit card. I added a second working credit card too and set it as primary but still suspended. Why?

Hi Can,

 

I don't see that your account has any restrictions. Are you referring to an account different than the one you're using to post here in the Community? If so, can you please send me a private message with the registered email address of the account in question?
