Paypal Delay

I've had withdrawals from my Upwork to Paypal last Aug 29 and it still has not reflected on my paypal account. It should reflect within seconds and a maximum of 24 hours. Reading other forum posts has said that I should contact support, if I don't have it on my Paypal account yet. Please help. Thanks.
