Phone Number Verification Technical Issues

I am having issues verifying my phone number. I do not have two-step authentication turned on, and I hvae a freelancer and client account that are connected together with the same phone number. I cannot post a job or apply to one with either account without it asking to verify my phone number, then when I do it says its already in use. Please help me resolve this issue!
