Problem with the agency stats: Client relationships shows Na despite we have some ongoing projects

Good day! We are facing a problem with the stats page for more than a month. 

We have interactions with clients, but due to the issue we cannot see statistics and our progress towards Top rated status.  What to do in this case?

I'm trying to reach out the support team a second time and haven't received any feedback.
