My legal name is C H Lokesh. I'm trying to change my profile name in the Contact info from (First name: Lokesh, Last name: Ch) to (First name: C H Lokesh, Last name:C H Lokesh). But my name change request gets denied. Can you please help me with this issue. Which also causes a mismatch in Tax information. I raised a request regarding it: 40653867. The reply mail stated that: “Please know that I reached out to our Tax team and it was confirmed that the PAN you provided was rejected due to a name mismatch. You are, however, required to update the name on your profile that matches the name indicated on your PAN. Once you are able to do that the issue will be resolved.” Please help me resolve this issue.
