Profile Picture becomes blury

I followed guidelines of upwork for dp but it's constant bug from their side like when I upload dp is becomes blurry. I have idea what's issue. I have tried with different resolutions. Maximum resolution and also with minimum but all in vain, It still shows blurry. No idea what's issue is going on upwork server side. A lot of people facing same issue.
=> When I choose/pick image from system it looks perfectly fine HD
=> as soon as I submit update profile, it shows blurry in profile section.

He asked to use this

• It is at least 250 x 250 pixels
• It is no more than 4000 x 4000 pixels
• The extension is .jpeg or .png
• The max size is 5 MB
  
  
  I followed each and everything and still upwork shows profile as blurry. I m not only one facing this issue but a lot of other people too. It's affecting my profile reach as client sees profile as blurry and looking highly unprofessional and I am lossing jobs for which I spent 20+ connects for each job. I am also member of Upwork Premium Plan and still they are not resolving my issue.
