Profile visibility

Hello, my profile visibility has been set to locked private. I followed the procedure in the help page, got an email from Upwork saying it will take 4hours but it's been weeks.

I looked into your account and can confirm that your profile is public. I also checked and can see your profile when I access it through a client account.
