Refund not received from Upwork

Hi Guys,

I got refind from the person whom I had hired for work on April 8th 2023  The reference id for transaction is Ref ID 683095639

But i checked my account statement and I have still not recieved the Refund Amount. Can I please know when will i recieve it?
