Removing private feedback from a client

Hello,

i am trying to reach upwork support but i can't. 

I had a client that provided me negative private feedback when he closed the contract even though nothing was paid. I am Top Rated Plus and i se that i can remove it.

How can i submit a ticket for this because i really need to remove it,
