Request for Refund on Upwork Payment

Dear Upwork Support Team,

I am writing this email to request assistance regarding a recent payment made on the Upwork platform. The payment details are as follows:

  • Quantity: 1
  • Payment Date: Mar 19, 2024

I made this payment with the intention of utilizing Upwork services for a specific project. However, as of now, no specific contract has been established or any project has taken place. Therefore, I would like to request a refund of the amount paid.

Please kindly review and acknowledge my refund request. I sincerely hope to receive your assistance and resolution at your earliest convenience.
