Hello, my name is Misty Greene. I'm new to upwork. I paid funds to your agency to hire a grant writer. The grant writer Mercy said your system is saying my funds are on hold but my bank said the funds were released. I also see the balance in my escrow. Please explain to me the reason Mercy is seeing the funds on hold and unable to accept this customer's offer.
