Rising talent badge disappeared

Hi,

I had a rising talent badge but now it is disappeared. I am sure I had that before my account was suspended. Recently, I got back my Upwork account but the rising talent badge is disappeared. Can anyone please explain why it's disappeared? I cannot see JSS either as a replacement for the rising talent badge.

If your account got suspended due to Terms of Service, that might be what disqualified you.
