Rising talent badge not showing up

I received 30 connects for Rising talent achievement. Does this mean I should have a Rising talent badge? 

I viewed my profile as public view and I don't see the Rising talent badge.

Hi Bala,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked and it looks like you just recently qualified to receive a Job Succes Score. Please know that the Rising Talent program is designed for freelancers who don't have their Job Success Score yet. Once they receive their JSS, the freelancer can start working toward receiving the Top Rated badge.
