hi i have recently added a credit card for payments and a payment of $300 dollars was declined by my bank . they are saying i need to contact upwork and ask them to do all payments as a secure payment type so that when a payment is made an OTP is requested from my bank..how do i contact upwork to do this as all im getting in help are articles which are not helpful to this situation
