Selling a website through Upwork

Hi. I have a website that I want to sell (domain + files). I have a buyer. The only problem is to secure the transaction. Can I sell the site through Upwork using Upwork as a guarantor of the deal? This could be the job of transferring the site from seller to buyer - transfer of the domain to the buyer's account, and the transfer of site files to buyer's hosting.
