Spanish VAT ID verification

Hi, I’m a non-U.S. taxpayer (Dutch nationality but living and working from Spain). I’ve received this notification that the taxpayer information I submitted could not be verified. I believe my VAT ID is correct, could you help me out with this? Thanks!
