Submit A Proposal button is not working

I'm trying to apply for an assignment but when I click on the 'Submit a Proposal' button it turns grey and shows a processing spiral but nothing happens. I have the connects, I cleared the cache but nothing makes progress. Can anyone help me?

Moazzam S I got the same issue I just installed a new opera browser and login upwork; then I tried to submit proposals just loading the proposal button, but nothing moved forward, so I went back to using the chrome browser its works fine now

I'm sorry to hear that you're still experiencing the same issue. Can you please try clearing your cookies on your Chrome browser or use a different one? Let me know if the issue persists and we'll look further into that for you.
