Support Page Redirects

Every time I attempt to navigate the support subdomain on UpWork.com, I encounter a frustrating problem. After selecting a subcategory or initiating a search, within a few seconds, I find myself being redirected back to the Support home page. This makes it nearly impossible for me to search for answers or further educate myself on various topics.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues? I'd greatly appreciate any guidance or insights. I'm also hopeful that a customer service representative might see this post and lend a helping hand.
