Supposed fraudulent activity

Hello, everyone.
I worked with a client in 2023 on 3 contracts, and everything went smoothly. Then, he hired me for a fourth, and his account got blocked somehow by Upwork, but he said it would be fine and I would get paid soon.
It's 2024, I still didn't get paid for that last job, and he has another profile posting jobs (spent 700 dollars already). Since I dont seem to be able to contact him, I need upwork to give me support so I can get my money from the service I delivered.
I will provide proofs, such as pictures, text chats, and more, on a private channel.

PS: I know that the second account is from the same person because the subjects this guy asks about are very specific.
