Technical Issue While Setting Up Direct Contract

Hi all, I'm having trouble creating a direct contract for my client. I keep getting the error: "We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute."

 

It's been more than a minute—I've been getting this same error message for a few days now. Any chance the problem is on my end? I'd be grateful if someone could shed some light on this.

Issue got solved when the client authenticated their account.

I was facing same few days back and didn't created a direct contract...I have to check again
