I've got an new offer from one of my previous client. But whenever I'm going to accept this offer Upwork shows me "This client's account is on a temporary hold. Once the issue is resolved, you can accept their offer". I've informed this issue to my client and he has checked it and informed me that he didn’t found any issues and didn’t anything against Upwork terms and conditions. Now how to fix this issue? We waiting to start this project since 1st April but can't yet.

I believe there exists some issue related to the clients account and I would suggest you to wait before start working for him.
