Too long validate VAT ID

Hello,
We added a VAT ID to our company profile more than a week ago. Six business days have passed but it is still not validated. My colleagues contacted your support and they said it usually takes 5 days to validate. The time was over 2-3 days ago. So, Upwork still takes extra money from my agency when we buy connects. Well, I need to have a clear answer when the VAT ID will be validated.
