Unable to Accept offer - Location

Getting messages from talents that they cant accept the offers because the "Client has not completed there address". It is completed why doesnt this work?

Hi Tyler, 

You'll need to include your address in your Settings > My Info > Company contacts. After adding your address, please have your freelancers try again.
