Unable to approve contract on Any Hire dashboard

Client has sent me a contract on Any Hire for review, but i am unable to approve it. I am getting this error since yesterday.
"We are sorry! We are experiencing a technical problem and cannot process your request right now. Please try again in a minute."

What could be the problem?
