Unable to get paid

I have been trying to get paid for 3 weeks.  I have repeatedly input my bank account and card numbers just to have them go inactive and Upwork tells me that there is a name mismatch.  I change my profile name to make it match my bank account, and it still doesn't work.  I need to be paid.  This is a terrible system and I am concerned that Upwork is a scam.  I will not continue to work for this employer through Upwork unless i can get paid.
