Unable to upgrade membership plan

I have been trying to upgrade my membership plan since yesterday. 
But it shows "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again. If this issue keeps happening, contact customer support" 
What should I do to upgrade my membership to freelancer plus?
