Upwork Tracker on my Mac isn't work and loading forever

Hi Upwork team!

I hope you can resolve my issue. I've been going on with this since last year as my Upwork tracker in my Macbook Pro loading forever. I tried allowing download from Apple Store and other identified developers. Still not working.

Also tried force quitting the app and then opening again. As well as deleting current processes on Activity Monitor and then uninstalling and installing again many time over. But I still have the same issue of Loading Forever.

I followed through every suggestions in the Upwork Community but still not working. I hope you can help me with this one.
