What are the full proper contact details of upwork? Its like it is purposely hiding its official address, telephone number, email address and ability to actually open a proper ticket.
No chat now either so how are you supposed to contact anyone?
5 days, 2 agents later with their 'escalations' and false promises and still no response received for what should be simple payment fix.

Thanks for the response.
Well then you can see 5 days with no response and chat agents mostly unhelpful.
Following your instructions, I still don't see a chat option. Just lots of irrelevant knowledgebase posts.... I also don't see the information I requested in first post. And I also don't see any way to open an actual ticket directly.

-What is the upwork phone number?
-What is the upwork email address?
-How do you actually open a ticket directly?
Live chat is still not available which means short of this community section there is NO OBVIOUS WAY to contact upwork directly.

Do note guys, that for a company that demands your attention, and suspends your client and/or freelancer accounts on whim, they certainly do not appear to give out that attention to you themselves, nor for that matter address your concerns.
Finally gotten a response, but so far its all been cookie cutter, contradictory and of zero help.
Conveniently, to date, every single agent has ignored the 4 basic questions and still no apparent live chat.
Apparently someone from escalations will handle the matter now...Will report back.

We are now going into June.
They are still responding very slowly with non-responses and cookie cutter messages.
They are still refusing to provide any transparency, reasoning or justification but DEMAND EVERYTHING from you.
They still close tickets at their own whim without any resolution or way for you to get it escalated and addressed.
They still DO NOT answer reasonable and logical questions or address specific concerns.
And they have STILL not answered the 5 basics:
-What is the official upwork address?
-What is the upwork phone number?
-What is the upwork email address?
-How do you actually open a ticket directly?
-Why no obvious live chat?
Why upwork do you behave this way?

Everyone seems to 'understand' my frustrations but NO ONE seems to want to help or do anything.
Your team explained nothing and provided no clarity. I literally numbered all my points of concern to simplify addressing them but got nothing.
Even you have decided to ignore;
