Upwork does not allow to submit a proposal

Hello. Today I've faced with some problem: the site does nor allow me to press the button "submit a proposal". When I do it, nothing is heppening, the button is not active at all.  My Internet connection is fine.  Is it my account or is there some known proble

Could you please try clearing your cache and cookies or logging in with a different browser to see if the issue persists?

If so, could you please send a screenshot of the page you're trying to submit a proposal from so we could check?
