Upwork receive money but not hire freelancer.

Dear Upwork Customer Support Service,

I try to hire a freelancer today and use my credit card with the local currency (TRY) and my bank receive the money around 2.300 try but I saw an error message on the top after the bank website redirect me to upwork.com It says "Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please refresh the page and try again. If this issue keeps happening, contact customer support." and I didn't hire freelancer but Upwork receive my money please help me out. I'll be appreciated.
