These help pages are broken and u cannot contact anyone. I need to get asssitance with my account, but the help pages send u in a loop. Tells you, you can create a tciket, but you cannot. I am at the point. I need to start looking fro a new company to use because this is extremely frustrating if we cannot get help. They dont deem our concerns important despte all teh money they make off us.
